Baklava pistachio roll is made of very thin filo pastries layered. In the old days, in order to understand how good the cook was, it was used to put writing on the bottom of the filo pastries and see if it could be read. 

The filo pastries are layered with oil and pistachios put over the filo pastries, and then unlike the traditional baklava, it is rolled and cut into little pieces and baked in the oven. While it is baking to the gold color, the syrup is prepared, and finally, when the Baklava pistachio roll is ready, pour the syrup over it.
